sweetriot likes to have fun, but we don't mess around when it comes to shipping your chocolate-covered cacao - safe, sound, and on time - guaranteed! If your cacao shipment is not satisfactory for any reason, we will make it right or we'll put your money back in your pocket. More info here: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Free Ground or Discounted Air Shipping

Spend $79 or more on any U.S. order and UPS Ground Shipping is free. If you ship Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air, we'll knock off up to $10 from your shipping charges at checkout. All sweetriot products qualify for reaching the $79.

When We Ship

Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday thru Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday thru Sunday are processed on Monday. If it's warm outside, we hold some shipments till Monday that would otherwise travel on a weekend. See below for estimates of when we ship.*Remember to factor in any major U.S. holidays to these estimates.

2 Day Shipping Needed when it's Warm Outside!

If the temperature is 70 degrees or more - anywhere along the shipping path from NYC to your destination - you need to select a shipping method that will arrive within 2 days. That means Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Ground IF you live within 2 days UPS shipping time from NYC (see below). If you live in the 3 day delivery area or beyond, please select 2nd Day or Next Day Air. If not, we cannot accept responsibility for melted shipments.

When it's warm out, we include ice with your shipment. But ice packs only last 2 days! Hence, at those times we need you to select a 1-2 day shipping method, or you'll risk a melted shipment. :(

Arrival Estimates for Ground Shipping

UPS Ground is only safe to areas in blue (within 2 days of NYC) when it's warm. If you live outside the blue area, please choose 2nd Day or Next Day Air, or your shipment may melt by the time it reaches you. Otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for melted shipments if you risk shipping it Ground.

International Shipping

All international shipments ship the following Monday to help ensure your chocolate-covered cacao travels and arrives the same week (and not over a weekend).

Canadian Rioters For Ontario and Quebec shipments, we recommend using UPS Standard to Canada because estimated transit time to major cities in those provinces is 2 days. We charge the UPS Standard rate plus $45 to cover import costs (GST, PST, brokerage, ice pack, and other UPS import charges). Outside of Ontario and Quebec, we need to ship UPS Worldwide Expedited to get you your chocolate-covered cacao within 2 days transit time during summer months. We charge the UPS shipping rate plus $20 to cover import costs.

Geo-Locating Your Shipment

On the edge of your seat and wondering where in the world your cacao is? You can always check the status of your shipment by signing-in and checking your order status. Or, if you didn't save your preferences upon checkout, go to order status. Your tracking # will be available as of 10:30pm EST the day it ships.
